We respect your privacy and collect only the data needed to deliver water and stay in touch with you.

This Privacy Policy sets out how the personal data of users of the website https://arctica.org.ua(the “Website”) is processed and protected in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. By using the Website and placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. What data we collect
1.1. When you place an order or contact us, we may collect the following personal data:
- surname, first name and patronymic (full name);
- contact phone number;
- email address;
- delivery address (city, street, building, flat number).
1.2. We do not collect data that is not needed to fulfil your order, and we do not process payment card details — online payments are handled on the secure side of the LiqPay payment service.
2. Purposes of data processing
2.1. Personal data is used solely for:
- receiving and processing orders;
- delivering goods to the address provided;
- communication about your order: confirmation, agreeing the delivery time, status updates;
- responding to enquiries and improving the quality of our service.
2.2. Marketing messages are sent only with the user’s separate consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
3. Data storage and protection
3.1. Personal data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of its processing, the performance of contractual obligations and compliance with legal requirements (including tax accounting).
3.2. We take organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Data is accessible only to authorised staff who need it to perform their duties.
4. Disclosure of data to third parties
4.1. We do not sell or pass your personal data to third parties, except where necessary to fulfil your order:
- to the LiqPay payment service — to process online payments;
- to delivery services and couriers — to deliver the order to the address provided.
4.2. Data may also be disclosed in cases directly provided for by Ukrainian law, upon a lawful request from authorised state bodies.
5. Cookies and localStorage
5.1. The Website uses technical cookies and the browser’s local storage (localStorage) to function correctly, in particular to keep the contents of your basket between visits.
5.2. This data is stored locally in your browser and contains no payment information. You can delete it in your browser settings, but the contents of your basket will then be lost.
6. User rights
6.1. You have the right to:
- obtain information about which of your data we process;
- request the correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
- request the deletion of your personal data where its retention is not required by law;
- withdraw your consent to data processing.

7.1. We may update this Policy from time to time. The current edition is always available on this page with the date of the latest update.
