How a refill kiosk works
Refill kiosks are an everyday way to buy drinking water in Ukraine, and a rarity almost everywhere else. Here is the whole routine, start to finish.
Bring your own container
Any clean container will do: PET bottles, an empty 18.9 L bottle, a canister. There is no minimum and no maximum — take five litres or fifty.
Pay for the litres you need
3 UAH per litre, cash or card. You pay for water only — no packaging, no bottle deposit, no delivery fee.
Fill it yourself
The kiosk is fully self-service: it dispenses exactly the amount you paid for, straight into your container. Nothing to sign, no Ukrainian needed.
Come back whenever
No account, no subscription, no delivery window to wait for. The kiosk works seven days a week, Sundays included.
19 litres for the price of a coffee
Water in a delivered bottle carries the cost of the bottle, the courier and the route. At the kiosk you pay for the water itself.

Refilling wins when you can carry the water yourself. When you cannot, delivery from two 18.9 L bottles (an order from 360 UAH) is free, Mon–Sat: 9:00–19:00; a single bottle costs 100 UAH to deliver.
The same water we bottle
Cheaper does not mean different — the kiosk is simply the shortest route from our purification line to your container.
Straight from the plant
The kiosk stands at Arctica's own production site and is fed from the same line that fills our 18.9 L bottles. Nothing is bought in or resold.
Reverse osmosis + UV
Industrial reverse-osmosis membranes purify more than 11,000 litres a day; ultraviolet disinfection is the final step. No chlorine, no chemicals added.
Zero new packaging
You reuse the container you already own, so a refill adds no new plastic at all — and nothing to sort out for recycling afterwards.

Cash and card
Both are accepted at the kiosk, so you do not need to hunt for cash before you go.
Parking at the door
There is parking right beside the kiosk — pull up, fill your containers and load them straight into the car.

Open on Sundays
Weekend hours are Sat–Sun: 9:00–20:00 — the kiosk works on the one day our delivery vans rest.

What exactly is a water refill station?
It is a self-service kiosk that sells purified drinking water by the litre into your own container. The format is common in Ukraine and rare in most other countries: instead of paying for packaging and logistics every time, you bring a bottle or a canister, pay for the litres and fill it yourself.
How much does refilled water cost?
3 UAH per litre into your own container. For example, 19 litres cost 57 UAH and 6 litres cost 18 UAH — compared with roughly 180–250 UAH for an 18.9 L bottle brought to your door.
Where is the refill station and when is it open?
1 Andriia Abolmasova St., Kyiv — on the left bank, next to the Arctica plant (in Ukrainian: вул. Андрія Аболмасова, 1, Київ). Hours: Mon–Fri: 8:00–20:00, Sat–Sun: 9:00–20:00. The kiosk is open on Sundays as well.
Do I have to bring my own container?
Yes — the kiosk sells water, not packaging. Any clean container works: PET bottles, an empty 18.9 L bottle, a canister. There is no limit on the volume you take.
How can I pay at the kiosk?
Whichever way suits you — cash or card.
Is there parking next to the kiosk?
Yes, there is parking right by the kiosk, which makes it easy to arrive by car when you are taking several containers.
Is it the same water you deliver in bottles?
Yes. The kiosk is connected to the same production: industrial reverse-osmosis purification of more than 11,000 litres a day, followed by UV disinfection.
Do I need to speak Ukrainian to use it?

What if the containers are too heavy to carry?
Then delivery is the easier option: from two 18.9 L bottles (an order from 360 UAH) we bring the water to your door free of charge, Mon–Sat: 9:00–19:00. Order before noon and it arrives the same day.
