Our production sits at 1 Andriia Abolmasova St, Kyiv — on your side of the river. Your water never crosses the bridges in rush-hour traffic: it goes from the bottling line straight to your district.
- Reverse osmosis + UV disinfection
Industrial purification on our own line — more than 11,000 litres a day — followed by ultraviolet disinfection. Test report No. E076/25 by an accredited laboratory confirms that the Ridna Voda line meets DSanPiN 2.2.4-171-10 for physico-chemical parameters.
- Soft water, no limescale
In that same Ridna Voda report: total hardness 0.18 mmol/L against a 7.0 limit and zero points for odour and taste — soft water with a low salt content that leaves your kettle, coffee machine and cooler clean. Reports for the Arctica and Ridna Kraplyna lines are published as the laboratory issues them.

Do you deliver to my neighbourhood on the left bank?
Yes — we cover the whole left bank: Poznyaky, Osokorky, Darnytsia, Bereznyaky, Rusanivka, Troieshchyna, Voskresenka, Lisovyi masyv, Kharkivskyi masyv, Mykilska Slobidka, DVRZ, Raiduzhnyi masyv, Stara Darnytsia and the streets around them. If you are unsure about your exact address, message us and we will confirm it in a minute.
Do you deliver to Comfort Town and other gated complexes?
Yes. Comfort Town, RiverStone, Parkovi Ozera (Паркові Озера), Patriotyka (Патріотика), Slavutych (Славутич), Zarichnyi (Зарічний), Seven, Great, Lebedynyi (Лебединий) and dozens of other left-bank complexes are on our regular routes. The courier calls before arriving, passes the checkpoint and brings the bottles to your door.
How much does delivery to the left bank cost?
Delivery is free from 2 bottles (orders from 360 UAH). A single bottle is delivered for a 100 UAH fee.
How fast will my water arrive?
Order before noon and, whenever the route allows, we deliver the same day — the production line is right here on the left bank, so this is the part of Kyiv we serve fastest. Working hours: Mon–Sat 9:00–19:00 · closed on Sundays.
Which water do you deliver and what does it cost?
Three lines from our own production in returnable 18.9 L bottles: Arctica — 250 UAH, Ridna Kraplyna — 210 UAH, Ridna Voda — 180 UAH.
What is the bottle deposit?
A one-time refundable payment of 350 UAH per returnable bottle. Return the bottles and we refund the deposit in full. Already have 18.9 L bottles from another supplier? We exchange them 1:1, so switching costs you nothing.
Can I rent a cooler?
Yes — a cooler rents for 350 UAH per month, with delivery, installation, scheduled sanitation and repairs included in the price.
Can I fill my own bottles instead?
Yes. A self-service refill kiosk works next to the plant at 1 Andriia Abolmasova St, Kyiv: the same water into your own container for 3 UAH per litre, Mon–Fri 8:00–20:00 · Sat–Sun 9:00–20:00.
