Arctica is not a reseller — we run the full production cycle ourselves, from water intake and preparation to filling 18.9 L bottles, and have been doing it since 2011. At its core is an industrial reverse-osmosis system with a capacity of more than 11,000 litres a day, followed by UV disinfection.
Five stages of purity
Every drop passes the full preparation cycle on our own equipment. No shortcuts — just consistent, deep purification.
Water intake
Source water enters the intake tanks, where its composition is analysed first. We control the quality of the raw water before purification even begins.
Mechanical filtration
Multi-layer filters trap sand, rust, silt and other particles. A carbon stage removes chlorine, organics and off-odours.
Reverse osmosis, 11,000+ L a day
The heart of the plant — an industrial membrane unit purifying more than 11,000 litres a day (about 8 litres every minute). The membranes let only water molecules through, rejecting heavy-metal salts, nitrates and bacteria.
UV disinfection
A final ultraviolet barrier guarantees microbiological purity with zero chemicals: UV light destroys bacteria and viruses without changing the taste of the water.
Bottling
Straight after disinfection the water is filled into sanitized reusable 18.9 L bottles on a sanitary bottling line.
Verified in the lab
Technology is only half the job. The other half is constant testing of every batch, so quality never depends on chance.
Laboratory testing
Finished water is tested by the independent accredited laboratory Ekomedservice (DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17025, NAAU certificate No. 20678). Under test report No. E076/25 the Ridna Voda line meets the requirements of DSanPiN 2.2.4-171-10 for physico-chemical parameters. That report is published in full; reports for the other lines are added as they are issued.
Well inside the limits
Nitrates below 0.44 against a 50 limit. Lead below 0.005 against 0.01. Iron below 0.01 against 0.2 mg/L. Not merely "within norm" — dozens of times below it.
Water you can trust
The geometric pattern on our bottles is Arctica's brandbook signature. The actual composition figures are in the accredited laboratory report.

Carbon filtration and osmosis fully remove chlorine and off-odours.
- No heavy metals
The reverse-osmosis membrane rejects heavy-metal salts and nitrates.
- Very soft — no limescale
In the Ridna Voda line, total hardness is 0.18 mmol/L against a 7.0 limit — kettles, coffee machines and coolers stay clean.

Ultraviolet destroys bacteria without chemical preservatives.
