11,000+ litres a day
Arctica is not a reseller — we run the full production cycle ourselves, from water intake and preparation to filling 18.9 L bottles, and have been doing it since 2011. At its core is an industrial reverse-osmosis system with a capacity of more than 11,000 litres a day, followed by UV disinfection.
Five stages of purity
Every drop passes the full preparation cycle on our own equipment. No shortcuts — just consistent, deep purification.
Water intake
Source water enters the intake tanks, where its composition is analysed first. We control the quality of the raw water before purification even begins.
Mechanical filtration
Multi-layer filters trap sand, rust, silt and other particles. A carbon stage removes chlorine, organics and off-odours.
Reverse osmosis, 11,000+ L a day
The heart of the plant — an industrial membrane unit purifying more than 11,000 litres a day (about 8 litres every minute). The membranes let only water molecules through, rejecting heavy-metal salts, nitrates and bacteria.
UV disinfection
A final ultraviolet barrier guarantees microbiological purity with zero chemicals: UV light destroys bacteria and viruses without changing the taste of the water.
Bottling
Straight after disinfection the water is filled into sanitized reusable 18.9 L bottles on a sanitary bottling line.
Verified in the lab
Technology is only half the job. The other half is constant testing of every batch, so quality never depends on chance.
Laboratory testing
Finished water is tested by the independent accredited Ekomedservice Ecological Laboratory (DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17025, NAAU certificate No. 20678). Each of the three lines has its own test report: Ridna Voda No. E019/26, Ridna Kraplyna No. E020/26 and Arctica No. E021/26, with samples taken on 4 August 2026. Each meets the requirements of DSanPiN 2.2.4-171-10 for physico-chemical parameters, and all three reports are published in full.
Well inside the limits
In all three reports: nitrates below 0.44 against a 50.0 limit — more than 100 times lower. Iron below 0.01 against 0.2 mg/L — 20 times lower. Lead below the detection limit of the method: 0.005 against a 0.01 limit.
Water you can trust
The geometric pattern on our bottles is Arctica's brandbook signature. The actual composition figures are in the accredited laboratory reports.
- No chlorine or aftertaste
Carbon filtration and osmosis fully remove chlorine and off-odours.
- No heavy metals
The reverse-osmosis membrane rejects heavy-metal salts and nitrates.
- Very soft — no limescale
Ridna Voda: total hardness 0.16 mmol/L against a 7.0 limit — kettles, coffee machines and coolers stay clean. Ridna Kraplyna and Arctica: 1.4 mmol/L, five times below the limit — little limescale, though some is possible.

Ultraviolet destroys bacteria without chemical preservatives.
