Arctica is not a reseller — we run the full production cycle ourselves, from water intake and preparation to filling 18.9 L bottles, and have been doing it since 2011. At its core is an industrial reverse-osmosis system with a capacity of more than 11,000 litres a day, followed by UV disinfection.
Five stages of purity
Every drop passes the full preparation cycle on our own equipment. No shortcuts — just consistent, deep purification.
Water intake
Source water enters the intake tanks, where its composition is analysed first. We control the quality of the raw water before purification even begins.
Mechanical filtration
Multi-layer filters trap sand, rust, silt and other particles. A carbon stage removes chlorine, organics and off-odours.
Reverse osmosis, 11,000+ L a day
The heart of the plant — an industrial membrane unit purifying more than 11,000 litres a day (about 8 litres every minute). The membranes let only water molecules through, rejecting heavy-metal salts, nitrates and bacteria.
UV disinfection
A final ultraviolet barrier guarantees microbiological purity with zero chemicals: UV light destroys bacteria and viruses without changing the taste of the water.
Bottling
Straight after disinfection the water is filled into sanitized reusable 18.9 L bottles on a sanitary bottling line.
Verified in the lab
Technology is only half the job. The other half is constant testing of every batch, so quality never depends on chance.
Laboratory testing
Every batch is checked for chemical and microbiological composition. Samples are taken at every stage — from the intake to the finished bottle. The water meets the Ukrainian drinking-water standard DSanPiN 2.2.4-171-10.
