Delivery & installation
We bring the cooler in, set it up and show you how it works — usually the next day, if the model you need is in stock. Nothing extra to pay for that.
Scheduled sanitation
Regular sanitation of the cooler is on us — it is already covered by the monthly rent, so you never have to book a technician yourself.
Repairs or replacement
If the cooler fails, we repair it or bring another one at no extra cost. You are never left without water while it is being fixed.

Tabletop dispenser — 500 UAH
A plastic tabletop dispenser for 18.9 L bottles: no electricity, easy to wash, takes almost no space. Bought once, it stays yours for good — no monthly payment at all.
Pumps — from 190 UAH
A pump screws onto the bottle neck and needs no floor space: mechanical from 190 UAH, electric with USB charging 450 UAH. On a first order of 3 bottles or more with the deposit, a manual pump comes free.

How much does water cooler rental cost in Kyiv?
350 UAH per month, with a minimum term of 3 months (1,050 UAH). Delivery, installation, scheduled sanitation and repairs are already included in that price.
Is there a deposit for the cooler?
No — the cooler is handed over without a deposit, you only pay the monthly rent. A refundable deposit of 350 UAH applies to the reusable 18.9 L bottles, not to the equipment.
Can I rent a cooler without ordering water?
No. Cooler rental comes together with an order of our 18.9 L water — that is exactly why the rent is this low.
How fast can you install the cooler?
Usually the next day after the order, provided the model you need is in stock. We agree the day and the time window with you in advance.
What happens if the cooler breaks down?
We repair it or replace it with another one free of charge — that is part of the rental. You do not have to find a service centre or pay for parts.
I rent my flat in Kyiv — is a three-month term a problem?
Three months is the minimum; after that the rental simply continues month by month. When you move out or leave the country, tell us and we collect the cooler on one of our delivery runs.
Do you work with companies, embassies and international organizations?
Yes. We sign a contract, issue invoices and provide acts, and a service contract in English is available. Offices usually combine cooler rental with scheduled water delivery — see the offer for businesses.
Which water fits the cooler?
Any of our 18.9 L lines — Arctica, Ridna Kraplyna or Ridna Voda. Current prices are in the shop; delivery is free on orders from 360 UAH, below that (or for a single bottle) it is 100 UAH.
Is there an alternative if I do not need a cooler?
Yes. A plastic tabletop dispenser costs 500 UAH and stays yours for good, or a pump screws straight onto the bottle: mechanical from 190 UAH, electric 450 UAH. Order 3 bottles or more with the deposit on your first order and we add a manual pump for free.
Where do you deliver and install coolers?
Our delivery areas are Kyiv, Brovary, Vyshneve, Irpin. Deliveries run Mon–Sat 9:00–19:00; Sunday is a day off.
