Account deletion

You can delete your Arctica account together with the personal data linked to it yourself, in the mobile app:

  1. Open the “Profile” tab.
  2. Sign in to your account if you have not already.
  3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm your decision.

What is deleted: the account record (name, email), saved sign-ins via Google or Apple, device tokens for notifications and active sessions. Deletion is irreversible and takes effect immediately.

What is retained: anonymised records of completed orders (no longer linked to the account) — they are required for accounting and reporting under the laws of Ukraine.

No access to the app? Call 093 80 49 555 (Mon–Sat 9:00–19:00) or message us on Telegram — tell us the phone number or email of the account and we will delete it. We process such requests within 30 days.
